Science of Stretching®

If you have a stiff back, stiff hips, tight hamstrings and you feel old, stretching can improve your mobility, flexibility, posture and quality of life.

The unique Science of Stretching® approach has helped 1000's of people worldwide to increase mobility and reduce pain.

Our approach is different to most other yoga classes and routines. We use safe stretches from published exercise physiology research combined with time tested techniques. This will provide you with predictable results.

Science of Stretching® is for people of all sorts regardless of age or level of ability.




What we do

  • Set flexibility goals to suit you

  • Practice breathing techniques to facilitate stretching

  • No meditation
  • No incense burning
  • No chakras
  • No mantras
  • No candles
  • No dietary requirements
  • No spiritual components
  • We are not a yoga class
